Harehiko, a few and far between half-Japanese, returns to Meiji era Japan all the way from England. Requested by his aunt, he becomes a teacher at an all-girls school! Harehiko thinks that he will meet beautiful and pure princesses, but instead he meets the "High Color Girls!"
