Hiroshiman boy Onijiro "Oto" Otogi, and American girl of Fenno-Russian origin Paulina "Ponya" Otogi are 18-year-olds and a newly-wed couple in their third year of high school, only recently returning to Japan to finish their education after years of living as neighbors in the USA.
